In this lucidly biographical piece, the amazing Meryl Streep stars as the former Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, Margaret Thatcher. Now an elderly woman, Thatcher has lost touch with reality and constantly imagines her recently deceased husband to still be beside her. Through dialogues between the two, we learn how this woman managed to gain a stronghold of Britain and to be highly admired by some yet despised by others.
