You know when you watch the news, and there’s Dubbya up there on the screen again, telling you which country he’s going to invade this time, once he finds out where it is, isn’t that just a great feeling? Well, I think it is, but that’s beside the point. If you wish someone would just put those arrogant American types in their place, or at very least take the piss out of them, well someone has.
These are the same people who crammed two sports together (Baseketball) and turned a quaint mountain town into the sickest, most perverse and twisted corner of the world (yeah, that’s right South Park): Trey Parker & Matt Stone.
In this epic of Puppet proportions, a band of America’s best and brightest (umm, yeah) set out to stop the terrorists, and make the world safe for everyone else in their role as Team America: World Police.
The highlights include the destruction of Paris (woohoo), Weapons of Mass Destruction (which may or may not be 45 minutes away), a lonely Terrorist Master Mind, and everyone’s favourite weapons inspector Hans Blix. Oh yeah, there’s some Puppet sex in there too, you know just for fun.
If you liked the original Thunderbirds, or if you’re a big time Hollywood Action fan, then stay at home. If you enjoy watching Cartman kill Hippies, and love seeing naked Puppet butt, then get down to the cinema this Saturday.
